Founder note
I build toddler tech from inside real parent life.
ToddlerLock started as a practical answer to one tiny human who wanted my real phone, not a toy version of it.
Hi, I'm Zilvinas, the founder and builder behind ToddlerLock. I write Toddler Tech Talk from a very specific point of view: I'm both a parent and the person responsible for designing the app experience.
That matters because toddler screen time is not an abstract debate at 7:30 AM when you need to answer a message, pour coffee, and stop a small person from opening your work apps. The articles here are written for those real moments.
My goal is not to convince parents that screens are magic. It is to make the small, unavoidable screen moments safer, calmer, and easier to end.
Safety first
Lock the device, remove open feeds, and keep parents in control.
Firsthand tests
Design choices come from watching how toddlers actually tap and swipe.
No shame
Modern parents need practical tools, not another reason to feel guilty.
Editorial Approach
Articles may include product examples, official platform documentation, and parenting resources from trusted organizations. When I discuss health, development, or safety, I link to sources parents can verify for themselves.
Toddler Tech Talk is educational, not medical advice. If you are worried about your child's development, sleep, behavior, or screen habits, your pediatrician is the best first call.
